Piet Koster


My name is Piet Koster. I make short psychedelic videos, based on liquid light. I have been creating live liquid light shows since 1969. After a long break, I picked up the projectors again and introduced digital techniques   into my work, which I now show in my virtual SPHINX GALLERY AMSTERDAM:

My goals are:

- To keep the craftsmanship and culture of psychedelic light shows from the 60-70’s  alive;  

- Using also modern digital techniques alongside old skool equipment. In this way, the images become more accessible and varied, also for a contemporary audience;

- To collaboratie with (upcoming) contempory musicians.
